Huaiyu Duan Promoted to Associate Professor

Huaiyu DuanThe Department of Physics and Astronomy is proud to announce that Huaiyu Duan has been promoted to Associate Professor.

Dr. Duan researches the quantum phenomenon of neutrino oscillations in supernovae and how they affect the chemical evolution of the universe. He also investigates how to utilize the next-generation high performance supercomputers in physics research.

Congratulations to Huaiyu on this well-deserved promotion. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
