Undergraduate Advisors

If you are a major and you need overrides in the PHYS 1310 - 2310 series, you should contact the instructor (for the class you wish to register with override), or Dr. Mousumi Roy. Non-majors who need overrides for PHYS 1230 - 1240 series should also contact Mousumi Roy.

Staff Advisors

Physics and Astronomy majors and undergraduates interested in Physics and Astronomy should meet regularly with a College of Arts and Sciences Advisor assigned to Physics and Astronomy:

The undergraduate advisors can answer questions on general University and College of Arts and Sciences degree requirements, transfer and course evaluation processes, and probation and suspension and can help students navigate their undergraduate experience.

Advisors are located in Castetter Hall (building 21) by appointment and hold drop-in advisement in the A&S Center for Academic Success (building 85, suite 135).
