- Laser physics and nonlinear optics, ultrafast phenomena. High-resolution spectroscopy and imaging, adaptive optics and interferometry. Laser-induced discharges and plasmas. Laser gyros and related sensing of displacements, index of refraction, magnetic and electric fields.
