Poster instructions
- Posters must not be larger 48 x 36 inches (121.9 x 91.4 cm)
- Please arrive with your poster ready to display
- All posters will be on display for the duration of the conference
- Ensure your poster is up before the 10/26/23 poster session (5:00-7:00pm)
Presentation instructions
- Contributed talks are 30 minutes (aim for 25 minutes with 5 minutes for questions)
- Please be prepared to connect your computer to access your presentation unless you have made other arrangements
- We will provide connections for HDMI. Other adapters may be available, but you are strongly encouraged to be prepared for an HDMI connection.
