Information for Delegates

Location

Complimentary wireless internet will be available to conference delegates.

Fees

The registration fee covers the Welcome Reception on October 12, the banquet dinner on October 13, lunches, and coffee breaks.  Hotel accommodation as well as breakfasts and dinners (other than the banquet) are not included.

  • Early registration fee
    Before September 1, 2017: USD $300
  • Late registration fee
    On or after September 1, 2017: USD $350

Payment Types

There are two ways to pay: Credit card or Wire Transfer.

  • If you pay for your registration with a credit card, a 3% transaction fee will be charged to you. Thus the cost will be:

    Early registration: $309 per person before Sept 1
    Late registration: $360 after Sept 1
    Additional banquet tickets: $52 each additional guest

Banquet

The banquet is included in every registration fee. Additional banquet tickets are available for guests at a cost of USD $50. Companion tickets for the banquet must be paid for prior to one week in advance of the event.

Each banquet ticket must specify Vegetarian or Non-vegetarian entree option.
