Poster Boards

Prepare your Poster

  • Single Poster dimensions should be – no larger than 44" wide x 48" high(111.8 cm x 121.9 cm)
  • Display boards are 96" x 48" (243.8 cm x 121.9 cm)
  • 2 posters per display board side
  • Pins will be provided

Display your Poster

  • Look for the number on the poster display boards.  Match your poster number to the number on the board (see Poster Agenda)
  • Try to hang your Poster before 4:00 on Thursday, February 22
  • Be at your poster during the Poster Session, Thursday, 5:00 pm  – 7:00 pm
  • Remove your poster by 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 24
 

Talks

What will be Provided

  • LCD Data Projector
    • In the breakout rooms (sessions 9a, 9b, and 9c) the equipment will accept 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio formatted content
    • In the general session the equipment will only accept16:9 aspect ratio formatted content
  • Ports: VGA, VGA with MAC MINI-DISPLAY PORT ADAPTER and VGA with HDMI ADAPTER INPUT at the podium (except in the general session room)
  • Clicker (Slide advancer)/ Laser Pointer
  • In-room Mic System; Wireless Lavalier or Podium Mic available if needed
  • 1/8 inch headphone plug for sound from your computer at the podium (except in the general session room)
