Instructions: alk about different phases of matter. Show carbon dioxide. Put CO2 in water and watch it sublimate. Blow up a balloon attached to a plastic bottle by filling it halfway with water and then adding dry ice. Be sure to use enough water that it doesn't just freeze solid when some dry ice is added.
