Seasonal Changes

In New Mexico we get to enjoy all four seasons. We know about the differences in temperature and daylight hours, but what about the night sky?

Follow a group of stars such as a constellation or asterism across the dark night time sky for a month. Record the position and time of day on a Motion of the Sky sheet, and then one month later go back to the same place at the same time of day and record the position once again. Determine how much the stars have moved during that month.
