Aidan Grummer wins US DOE Graduate Student Research Award

Aidan Grummer has been selected to receive the US Department of Energy Office of Science Graduate Student Research (SCGSR) award. The award recognizes his outstanding academic accomplishments, the merit of his research proposal Development of New Methods for Quality Control of ATLAS Upgrade Tracker Modules and Staves, and reflects his potential to make important contributions to the mission of the DOE Office of Science.

Aidan will work with his primary graduate thesis advisor, Prof. Sally Seidel of UNM, and collaborating DOE laboratory scientist, Dr. Charles Young of SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory.
