Discussion of Recent Results from Sterile Neutrino Searches with IceCube

The IceCube Collaboration has recently published strong exclusion limits
for sterile neutrinos in a 3+1 model. As a non-expert with some
background knowledge about the detector I will introduce the analysis
and hope to initiate a fruitful discussion. I encourage everyone to have
