Poster Presentations
- All posters must be no larger than the standard international paper size A0: 33.11 x 46.81 inches or 84.1 x 118.8 cm
- Please arrive with your poster ready to display at the conference
- All posters will be on display for the duration of the conference
- When you arrive for check in, tell the receptionist you have a poster; the hotel can collect and hang your poster for you
- The venue will provide special tape that you can either obtain at the reception desk or from Dwight Zier to adhere your poster to the display area. You can do this when you arrive, or later in the evening of 10/19 or the next day if you prefer (the venue has agreed to store your poster if you choose to complete this step later)
- Please put your poster up before the 10/20/22 poster session (5:00 pm-7:00 pm)
