- LCD Data Projector, 16:9 resolution
- Ports: HDMI, VGA, and mini-display inputs in the
podium). If not we can put it on the podium Mac Mini, by USB drive. - Clicker / Pointer
- In-room mic system; Wireless Mic if needed
- Bring special connectors needed
Poster Session
Information about Poster Presentations
- Poster Session and Reception – Thursday, February 23, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Location – Digital Media Center
Prepare your Poster
- Poster board dimensions – Easels will accommodate a 30” W X 40” L poster
- Pins and clasps will be provided
Display your Poster
- Look for the number on the poster display boards. Match your poster number to the number on the board (see Poster Agenda)
- Hang your Poster during the break at 3:00 pm on Thursday, February 23
- Be at your poster during the Poster Session, Thursday, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Remove your poster at the end of the evening, Thursday, February 23
