Refund Information:

Cancellation requests received in writing or by fax prior to 24 May 2013 will be entitled to a full refund minus a $25 handling fee. Those who do not appear at the conference, thereby cancelling by default, will not be eligible to receive any refund. Refunds will be processed after the conference is completed and will take approximately eight weeks.
